素材管理核心逻辑与操作入口
1. 素材与广告活动
素材是广告活动的视觉载体,所有广告组必须包含至少1个,至多5个广告素材,素材将按照轮播机制均匀展示给消费者。
2. 创建素材的入口与时机
在左侧导航栏找到Creative Hub > 点击Create > 选择New Creative > 勾选Onsite Display Template。素材创建时间较自由,可以在广告创建前或者之后插入。

素材创建全流程
1. 素材命名
广告素材建议采用特定格式命名,便于快速识别素材用途。同时,如果有多个广告素材可投放于同一广告活动,也可创建Folder将这些素材归类于同一文件夹。

2)素材尺寸调整
沃尔玛有两种尺寸调整方式:Global Edit与Local Edit。其中,Global Edit为全局调整,上传图片后,系统将自动根据不同广告位参数调整图片尺寸,方便快捷。Local Edit为局部调整,可以在全局调整后,具体针对个别广告位置的图片单独调整图片裁剪区域、Logo位置等要素。

3)素材文本填写
提交图片后,必须填写Alt Text,相当于给图片做描述性说明,当消费者无法查看广告图片时,仍可通过文字了解广告表达的内容。
3. 素材Logo
广告素材需要展示Logo,系统仅支持.PNG格式,透明背景色的Logo图片。上传后,系统将自动裁剪调整图片尺寸。
4. 素材预览
素材元素上传/填写完成后,点击右上角Preview and Submit > Walmart.com Preview可查看素材在沃尔玛网站上的效果。预览效果不佳可随时返回修改,反之点击右上角Submit进入素材审核阶段。
素材审核全流程
1. 审核时间与状态查询
正常情况下,素材审核完成最多需要3个工作日,我们可以在Creative Hub首页查看各素材的审核状态。
2. 审核状态及解决措施
素材审核可能出现两种结果:Approvals, Rejections。
1)审核通过
素材自动标记为Approved,此时该素材可以直接添加至广告组。此外,已通过审核的素材可以复制并编辑部分细节作为后续版本使用。
2)审核失败
如果素材审核不通过,点击驳回通知中的Edit按钮,根据通知中提到的问题针对性修改,完成后点击Resolve。待所有问题解决后再重新提交审核。如果后续仍有问题,重复此步骤直到审核通过。
